O Inter segue em busca de um novo treinador após a demissão do argentino Eduardo Coudet, na última quarta-feira (10).
Antes de criticar o interesse do Colorado no ex-técnico do Grêmio, Roger Machado, atualmente no Juventude, o jornalista e comentarista Mauricio Saraiva, da Rádio Gaúcha e RBSTV, sugeriu, no programa Sala de Redação, o nome de Dunga como uma opção para o cargo.
O ex-volante, que não está mais em atividade como técnico, treinou a Seleção Brasileira duas vezes e o próprio Inter em 2013 na curta carreira.
“Pelo tamanho que tem no Inter e pelo que já produziu rapidamente nas vezes que teve oportunidade em Seleção Brasileira, por conhecer, por estar vendo jogo, DVD, compacto, o nome para o clube se chama Dunga. Não é o André Jardine que está no México, apto a pegar a seleção local, muito menos o Paulo Pezzolano, cujo trabalho no Cruzeiro foi do alto ao solo”, comentou Saraiva.

Roger Machado no Inter?
Ainda de acordo com Saraiva, o interesse do Inter em Roger Machado, dias antes da decisão da vaga às oitavas de final da Copa do Brasil contra o Juventude, é “antiético”.
“O ambiente do jogo está contaminado. Partindo da ideia de que esta informação é verdadeira, é antiético da parte da direção do Inter você procurar um treinador que daqui a dois dias pode eliminar você de um campeonato. É muito antiético. Não concordo com isso. Talvez por isso nunca serei dirigente. São coisas que, para mim, não dá para fazer”, opinou.
Esperando uma resposta de Roger Machado, o Inter deverá ter o técnico do sub-20, Pablo Fernandez, como comandante da equipe em Caxias do Sul. Para seguir na Copa do Brasil, o time precisa vencer por dois ou mais gols no tempo normal. O primeiro jogo, no Beira-Rio, disputado na última quarta-feira, acabou com o placar de 2 a 1 para o Juventude.
