Grêmio protocola pedido ao STJD contra decisão do Juventude
Adversários neste domingo (7), às 16h, no Alfredo Jaconi, Grêmio e Juventude travam uma batalha nos bastidores ainda com rescaldo da final do Gauchão. O ponto de divergência principal é a carga de ingressos para a torcida visitante. O Superior Tribunal de Justiça Desportiva (STJD) acatou o pedido gremista. Entretanto, o clube da serra não cedeu ao pedido secundário para baixar os valores dos ingressos para os gremistas.
O Juventude compreende que foi prejudicado na final do estadual, em abril, quando recebeu apenas dois mil ingressos por recomendação da Brigada Militar, devido ao risco de conflitos no trajeto de Caxias do Sul à capital. O Alviverde solicitou quatro mil, mas não foi atendido e reclamou publicamente na ocasião. O responsável pela Brigada Militar do município também indicou a mesma recomendação para o confronto deste domingo, permitindo apenas 800 gremistas no Alfredo Jaconi.
Entretanto, o Imortal protocolou na última quarta-feira (3) um pedido no STJD para cumprimento do Estatuto do Torcedor, que prevê, no mínimo, 10% da capacidade para os torcedores visitantes. Assim, mais mil lugares estavam em pauta. Além disso, o Tricolor pediu a diminuição dos valores dos ingressos, que custam R$ 200.

O Tribunal acatou a solicitação e pediu, na última quinta-feira (4), que o time Alviverde cedesse mais espaço. Segundo o presidente Fabio Pizzamiglio, a questão foi acatada. No entanto, o mandante não atenderá ao pedido de redução dos preços. Apenas sócios têm desconto, pagando R$ 80.
